Inspired by the natural beauty of Rarotonga and a passion for health and wellbeing, we've created the Cook Islands' first dedicated sauna and ice bath experience. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend adventurer or simply looking to slow down, our goal is to help you feel your best.
Built by a Kuki for the Cook Islands
After returning to the Cook Islands in 2021, founder Rangi Ivaiti quickly realised something was missing. Having lived in Australia, access to recovery facilities had become part of everyday life. Back home, those same services simply didn't exist. What started as conversations between friends—sharing stories of sore backs, tired muscles and sports injuries—soon became a vision.

We want REguvenate to become more than a recovery centre.
Our vision is to create a welcoming space where movement, recovery and wellbeing come together through future fitness studios, yoga, community events and wellness experiences.
